BBMC 2011 – thank you
A big thank you to all of you who supported us on this year’s event. After the glorious sunshine of last year, we were again fairly lucky with the weather with only a strong north westerly wind for the 839 competitors to contend with.
Donations and sponsorship monies are already flooding in and we are extremely grateful for all your hardwork on our behalf. For those of you who have sponsorship monies for the team, please make any cheques payable to “Big Black Mountains Challenge”.
If you have any photos from this years event, or comments, please share them with us by either posting them on the events Facebook page “Longtown Mountain Rescue Team – Big Black Mountains Challenge” or sending them to the BBMC e-mail address on the contact page of the website.
Next year’s event will be held on Saturday 12th May, 2012 . Entry forms will be available from the beginning of January and we look forward to seeing you then.
