BBMC 2010 will once again be sponsored byTrekitt Mountain Sports Logo
Trekitt Mountain Sports.
Last year they were extremely generous and among many other things they provided a prize for the competitor raising the most sponsorship.

Sponsorship


Your entry fee forms the largest proportion of the funds raised, but any further efforts to support us with donations or sponsorship large or small for your walk/run are greatly appreciated.
However unlike some other events sponsorship is not compulsory and we will be happy to see you either way.

How to Enter


The BBMC entry form can be downloaded from the link below, each participant must complete a form. Forms should be completed as soon as possible as there is a limit on the number of entrants. BBMC Entry Form(pdf)

Big Black Mountains Challenge

BBMC is an annual fund raising event usually held in May. The event consists of a choice of three testing walks/runs of 47km, 29km and 17km between them taking in 15 summits over 660m around the breathtaking scenery of the Black Mountains.

Event Safety


The safety of all participants during the event is paramount and members of the team will be available to react to any emergencies, manning checkpoints and to provide safety advice when required. The following advice and rules are provided for the safety of all entrants.
